Misha's workplace is a beautiful mansion next to other once-beautiful mansions from the 19th century that are now condemned and crumbling and inhabited by ravens--of which there is a huge number here. They are like the Mumbai version of pigeons. Looking out the window, you see a typically Indian sight--a stretch of blue ocean shore with gently swaying palms and a pile of trash next to it. There are also fishing boats, incongruous next to the quite modern cityscape in the distance. I snapped a quick photo on my way out of there but it was so hot and bright that I did not even get a chance to look in the viewfinder, so above is my best attempt.

Tradition meets modernity--I'd stay away from the fish though
